| Neil C.A. Paul brings to the University considerable experience from the grassroots to policy making levels in the fields of Communication & Development applied in the fields of trade policy, agriculture and the environment. Neil has received formal training in Trade policy primarily on multilateral and regional trade issues for the Caribbean focusing on the Doha Development Agenda and the FTAA Process. He holds a research degree, an Mphil in Agricultural Extension specializing in Communications from the University of the West Indies; a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana –Champaign, USA; a Diploma in Mass Communications from the Caribbean Institute of Mass communications at UWI, Mona, Jamaica; and a Diploma in Tropical Agriculture from the Eastern Caribbean Institute of Agriculture and Forestry in Centeno Trinidad and Tobago. |
