Virtual Institute affiliate member, St. Petersburg State University, is offering one partial scholarship for a student of a Vi university to participate in its three-week (July 4-21) summer course on Russian business.
The program, to be conducted in English, aims to provide advanced knowledge and expertise on the contemporary Russian business environment and the latest strategies and practices necessary to successfully "do business" in the country.
Presented by leading academics and experienced business leaders, the course comprises three modules: Russian Business Environment, Russia in the World Economy and Business Operations in Russia. Also planned are company visits and an Enterprise Forum.
The scholarship covers half of the €1,290 cost of the course, which includes dormitory accommodation and planned cultural activities.
The scholarship recipient will be selected according to, first of all, his/her motivation; secondly, his/her achievements in the university, and finally the letter of recommendation. To qualify for the Vi scholarship, applicants must submit an official certified copy of his/her academic credentials where it is stipulated the name of university.
Deadline for applications is April 30.
