The Vi and the Trade Information Section of UNCTAD's Division on International Trade in Goods and Services and Commodities are now accepting applications from government officials, academics and practitioners to participate in the second edition of the online course on non-tariff measures (NTM) and data collection, to be held June 1 to July 19.
Part of the UNCTAD-led international effort to improve access and increase transparency with regard to NTMs, the course was developed to train experts around the world who can effectively collect and classify information about these measures.
All selected participants will be exempt from course fees, and will receive the course DVD free-of-charge.
Top graduates will become part of the UNCTAD NTM consultancy roster, and may be considered for future data collection or related work.
Applications must be submitted online no later than April 19.
